In Parade Magazine ... March 20th ... it listed many people in the job market today. The highest unemployment rate is in Nevada is 14.5%. Lowest unemployment rate is North Dakota 3.8% as of 12/2010. 75% of all people say they've been fired at some point. The fastest growing job is biomedical engineers ... job in most decline is farmers/ranchers. It goes on to say, "we have two words for you ... SKIN CARE! There will be an estimated 14,700 new jobs for skin care specialists over the next decade, thanks to a boom in spas and cosmetic centers ... median annual salary ... $28,580. (it is because of the baby boomers!!! Our income is MUCH higher than $28,580 for people who work the marketing plan 40 hours a week.
In a recent article that appeared in Harvard business review ... 1 in 4 plan on leaving their job in one year. 1 in 3 is not putting their entire effort in their job, 1 in 5 believe their personal goals are quite different from what the organization has planned for them ... four out of ten have little confidence in their senior leadership and co-workers.
When women hit 65 years old, 3% are independently wealthy, 10% are comfortable, 27% live paycheck to paycheck, 60% rely on others to take care of them.
